Learn from history: people are truly scared of alien invasions

We all know about Orson Welles and Mercury Theatre's War of the Warolds fiasco.  The other day I posted this, about a Paris radio panic.

Now comes this find:

Three radio broadcasts, multiple deaths. That was the 1940's.

Imagine what horror could be conveyed today using the correct methods and medium.
