It's just two days after Japan bombed Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Fibber and Molly stay out of the war dialog until:
FIBBER: Were you planning on buying a globe, LaTrivia, with Japan on it?
MAYOR LaTRIVIA: Of course.
FIBBER: Well you better buy one fast.
