What a reminder for us old timers that you needed to wait for the radio tubes to warm up before you got sound.
It is both interesting and ironic that NBC would do a documentary on radio at a time when they knew television was eclipsing (or about to) radio. NBC themselves (Sarnoff) were responsible for it.
