This reminds me how our neighbor and aunts and uncles had a phone and we did not. Corner phones were our closest ones. Another note: Recently I listened to a Whisperer show and the following dialogue occured. The Whisperer girl friend told the Whisperer this: Why do you need a phone (special device only owned by the Whisperer) in your car when there is a phone booth on every corner. Guess that is why Superman also changed in the phone booth. Glad you posted this add.
