Stuff Pat Novak says [#12]

"The one in the door was a big guy with bushy eyebrows that met near his nose, and the way they ran across his face, you got the idea he got tired of the old ones and grafted on a vine instead. His face wasn't much better. It looked more like a relief map than a face. It was pockmarked and the color of moldy bread. And you knew if a woman kissed him, she'd get blood poisoning."- 490507 Shirt Mix Up At Laundry, Pat Novak For Hire

  1. I do not know how you get it word by word. I listen to the shows and hear the lines and really enjoy them, but, could never repeat them. I know they are good and that is it. But, enjoy reading them on your blog. Keep it up.

  2. There are scripts available. Sometimes I just show the part of the script, sometimes I listen and jot it down.

One day (maybe tomorrow), I will scan my "notes" and show you how I get some information. It might be fun!

    Thanks for the comments!

  3. Jack Webb was an AWESOME radio actor. I always enjoy his work on radio. Pat Novak, For Hire is a radio noir masterpiece. A classic B-movie for the ears.
