LOVE this program! If you're able to get ahold of a copy of Arlene's memoirs (the book has been OOP for several years, so you'll need to go through eBay or Amazon), she shares quite a few stories about Blind Date, and several of her other radio shows. The show also made a successful move to television on ABC, in 1951. Thank you for sharing this!
I feel like I know Arlene as I have every one of the the "What's My Line" clips available on YouTube (there must 500 of them) as she comes across as a warm, very intelligent person with a very good sense of humor.

She is a hero not only to women but to humanity.
